The Selling Process

When you are selling your home, you want the assurance that the REALTOR® will have your best interests in mind.  We have checked references to make sure that this is the case with all of our Selected Agents.  Trust an EXODUS REALTOR®

THE SELLING PROCESS
If you are hoping to sell a home, we will refer you to a highly recommended, pre-screened REALTOR® who can help you. Our referral services are FREE of CHARGE. Here's the process for you to follow:

1.

 Complete a referral request form, e-mail us or call us at 800-395-8556 and speak to one of our referral specialists. (We ask that you only submit this information to us if you are seriously intending to sell a home and will seriously consider using the agent that we refer to you).

2.

 We will call you and provide you with the name of an EXODUS Network Selected Agent in that community. (If we do not yet have a selected agent in a community we will find an agent that fits our guidelines, we will personally call this person and will also call several of their past customers and clients to be sure that they provide the service we feel you deserve. We need to allow ourselves the window of a week for this.) We will pass your name on to the REALTOR® and you can expect a call from that REALTOR® within 24 hours of our passing his/her name on to you.
3. We will call you with the name and contact information of the REALTOR® that we recommend to you.
4. The REALTOR® is the local expert and s/he will begin providing you with the information you may need to begin selling your home.
5. You will need:

 We request that you call or e-mail us to let us know that the agent has contacted you and to give us an initial evaluation. If we do not hear from you, we will call you within 2 - 3 days of making the referral and see that the agent has contacted you and that you are satisfied with him/her. If you are not satisfied we ask that you inform us of that and we will work with you until you are satisfied.

7.

 You and the REALTOR® will maintain contact throughout the time frame of your planned home sale and work through the process of selling a home.

8.

 We will follow up with the agent on a monthly basis and will occasionally call you to see how things are going. Feel free to let us know how things are going or if you have any questions or concerns.
